进口饲料和饲料添加剂变更登记
      Import Feed and Feed Additive Registration of Change

一、 变更登记前提条件 / Precondition for registration of change

     进口饲料、饲料添加剂在进口登记证有效期内
     The feed and feed additive “Import Registration” must be under the valid.

二、 变更登记范围 / Range for registration of change

    （一）产品的中文或外文商品名称改变的；
          Changing the Chinese or foreign trade name of product.

    （二）申请企业名称改变的；
          Changing the applicant company name of product.

    （三）生产厂家名称改变的；
          Changing the manufactory name.

   （四）生产地址名称改变的。
         Changing the manufactory address.

三、 变更登记审批时间 / Approval time for registration of change

     农业部在受理变更登记申请后10个工作日内作出是否准予变更的决定。
     China MOA will make the decision that whether permits the modification during 10 workdays after accepting the application for registration. 

四、 申请变更登记机构 / Approval institution 

     境外企业申请进口登记变更，应当委托中国境内代理机构办理。
     Overseas enterprises apply for registration of import changes, shall entrust an agent in China to deal with.
